Eleftheria Gagana - Advocate

Eleftheria graduated from Athens Law School and continued her studies in the UK obtaining a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester.

She has more than 12 years experience in representing companies and individuals on commercial and civil disputes before the Greek Courts. Her expertise includes disputes in the hotel and construction sector, corporate disputes, company directors' liability, securities litigation, tax and employment disputes.

Eleftheria also advises major international tour operators in relation to their wholesale hotel contracts with Greek hoteliers. Moreover she regularly advises companies in the construction, trade and energy sector on all operational issues, commercial contracts, lease agreements, employment and tax matters.
